All new players start in the minor division.

At the completion of Phase, the top four teams are promoted.
Extra teams will be promoted if vacancies arise in higher leagues.
If there are more than 20 teams, a new division will be started.

Yellow band: Promotion Zone, Light Blue band: Likely Promotion Zone.
